He fosters a culture of respect within the guidance department and the school community. Allan embodies the qualities of an outstanding counselor: compassion, expertise, and unwavering commitment. He takes the time to understand each student's challenges and offers tailored advice and resources to empower them to succeed.He is a trusted collaborator among staff and administration as well. His ability to analyze data and provide insightful information benefits the entire team. Mr. Collins’s work extends far beyond the traditional role of a counselor; he is a trusted mentor, advocate, and friend to many. He embodies the RAVENS values both as a school counselor and a golf coach, making him an invaluable asset to the Vista del Lago team.
