Welcome to College & Career Center


The College & Career Center focus is to ensure that ALL students have access to information regarding secondary educational choices to include 2-year and 4-year colleges/universities, technical/vocational schools, and financial aid and scholarship information.     Students are encouraged to visit the College & Career Center to research college majors, admission requirements and career goals and planning.    Students who plan to attend a college or university will have access to ACT and SAT practice booklets to assist in college readiness and entrance exams as well as an unlimited resource of online study guides.    Students who need the computers to complete school work, college applications are always welcome with a signed pass from their teacher. 


The College & Career Center is opened Monday through Friday beginning at 7:30 am until 8:00 am., both lunches and after school until 4:00 pm.

Many students and parents begin the college prep process by comparing the ACT and SAT tests. The SAT and ACT generally cover the same topics. Both ACT and SAT scores are used for college admissions decisions and awarding merit-based scholarships. Most colleges do not prefer one test over the other.

Some math questions don't allow you to use a calculator.
